Coaching - Learn and apply the skills in order to coach your team members.
Module 7
Everything tools and templates. What about AI and Remote? Learn about different tools to make NEW WORK work.
Module 2
Personality - you will get your own personality profile and learn how to deal with different personalities on your team - diversity matters!
Module 4
Psychological Safety - without it - it will be difficult. Learn how to build trust and apply certain techniques immediately.
Module 6
Decision Making - do you trust your gut? Are you asking people around you? Do you make decisions on your own? Become more deliberate and make good decisions.
Module 8
How do we put everything together? We are creating actions plans so you will be set up for success.

Be part of a small cohort of 4-8 leaders
The program consists of 8 virtual sessions (2.5 hours) taking place Friday morning CET over a period of 10 weeks. We will meet on Zoom and have regular peer learning sessions. To get the most out of the program you will be offered two 45 minute 1:1 coaching sessions with the trainer.
The next cohort will start in the beginning of 2024 and is designed for new or recently appointed Team Leads.

The course will only take place if a minimum number of leaders signs up. Participants receive an invoice for the course once it is guaranteed.
